Tāne Mahuta
“Te Kaitiaki o te Ngahere — Guardian of the Forests
Tāne Mahuta represents the living realm of the ngahere — the forests, trees and life that sustain our world. The Tāne Mahuta Kettle brings this kōrero into the everyday home, connecting warmth, gathering and daily ritual with our relationship to the natural world.
More than an appliance, it is a vessel of kōrero — a reminder that what surrounds us is part of our whakapapa and our responsibility to care for generations to come.”
Tāne Mahuta — Te Kaitiaki o te Ngahere
Pūrākau and purpose
As guardian of the ancient ngahere, Tāne pushed apart Ranginui and Papatūānuku to bring forth light and life. The Tāne Mahuta Kaitiaki Series electric kettle honours this vital kōrero in everyday living, blending deep forest tones and refined gold detailing.
Crafted to elevate your daily morning ritual, this vessel embodies kaitiakitanga and contemporary Aotearoa design. Every detail reflects our living connection to the forest, inviting mindful gathering and whakapapa into the heart of the modern kitchen.
