TE WHARE O TE MĀTAURANGA

                                                                                               THE HOUSE OF KNOWLEDGE

Welcome to Te Whare o te Mātauranga — the House of Knowledge.

Within these digital walls live the stories, whakapapa, artwork and mātauranga that inspire Māori House Design Limited.

Every MHD creation begins with a kōrero. From the waters of Tangaroa to the forests of Tāne Mahuta, the strength of Tūmatauenga and the guiding stars of Matariki, each design carries a connection to our people, our whenua and the natural world.

Through our Digital Pūrākau Library, we invite whānau, tamariki and visitors from around the world to explore these stories, discover their meanings and carry their knowledge forward to future generations.

THE KŌRERO IS THE SOURCE. THE DESIGN IS THE EXPRESSION. THE KNOWLEDGE IS OUR LEGACY.
